RG6 coax should be OK for 100W, it comes with its own connectors. To keep life simple, use adapters - Radio Shack sells one for F to BNC female, and you connect that to a BNC male to PL-259 Male, and you're onto your standard ham connector world.
Same thing at the antenna end of the cable, unless you carve up a TV balun or splitter to have an F-female attached to something, or use an F double-female to tie into something at the antenna.
