[TenTec] Omni C question

I think RF driver transistors and PA transistors may be difficult to 
find in the same package with similar characteristics. I recall 
discussions about them in times past. Motorola RF power transistors 
became less plentiful or at least the assortment thinner with the split 
off of that line from Motorola and movement of CBs to distant off shore 
production.
