[TenTec] old 210 power supply schematic

Hi folks,
    I've had a 210 p.s., 12vdc @ 1amp, for about 30 yrs.  One or more of the 
3-legged fuses in it has crapped out, it no longer regulates.  I get full 
output, abt 22vdc, at all times.  I suspect one or both of the small 3 term. 
VR tabs, but the nomenclature on them is unreadable.  Almost looks like a 
pair of 6 volters in series.
    Does anyone have a schematic for this unit?  I could trace it out and go 
by guess and begorry, but thought I'd ask just in case.
