[TenTec] Write the President re new FCC Chair appointee

Now is the time to write the President to state why Powell was a bad chair,
and to assert that no one wireless access should be pushed by the FCC, and
why BPL is flawed technology.  Urge him to appoint a neutral Chair on BPL,
and reestablish good engineering practice at the FCC.
