This witless?  Not in recent memory! But, you know, there's a first time for
everything and we all do dumb things now and then.  Hi Hi.  However, if
you're lucky, the damage is only in the front end of the amp, and hopefully,
the fuse protected the power supply.  I suggest sending it to Sevierville.
At a minumum, its worth a phone call to the service department.  I expect
they have seen a few of these fried in this manner in the past.
