[TenTec] OMNI-VI+ tuning knob doesn't change the frequency

Dear OMNI-VI+ users. I've got the following issue with my OMNI-VI+: main tuning
knob does not change the frequency. The RIT works, the dialing pad works. But
there is no LED light on VFO-A, VFO-B. Split button doesn't work. I went thru
both quick and master resets, but it didn't help.
Will appreciate for any given advise on what is could be.
