last year I bought my first ten-tec radio,until then I was a Kenwood =
man.I took a tour of the factory,yes it is not the highest tech place in =
the world but go to a Kenwood ,icom and ask them for a tour and see how =
far you get.a year after the tour I bought my Jupiter when they updated =
the software I downloaded it and installed it.but I messed it up so me =
and the wife got in the car drove to tenn,she went to the mall I went to =
the ten-tec factory.I told them what I did they told me no problem took =
the radio in the back and in about 10 min was back told me while they =
had it back there they put it on the scope just to make sure it was =
doing ok it was.I asked them how much do I owe you and not a thing. now =
try taking your jap radio to there repair place tell them you messed it =
up and see if they fix it for free
