Gene,
You should remember that what one of the other folks
noted. These rigs are rated 70Watts input power. They
designed in the days when everything was specified
this way.
My power meter reads nearly 50W output for 70W input.
Each rig will be different, so 30 to 35W is more
likely what my rig is generating. I have not confirmed
this output independently of my equipment.
