Hi Gus,
Thank you for your input. I have made this statement
several times previously and received similar advice.
I'm aware of the fixes that exist for this problem.
Please remember, this is my mother-in-law. She does
not care that this lamp limits my output power. She
has gone as far as to call the local police to have me
arrested for elder abuse. I would rather live with the
5W output.
I have become a QRP lover. I have several QRP rigs and
I am happy to limit my output to 5W.
