[TenTec] DXbase and the TenTec Orion

I used to used DXBase... And that sure sounds like Jack ;-)

He's right though... Why Yaesu/Kenwood/TenTec keep messing with the
control commands is frustrating for the programmers. Perhaps, now that
TT has created a "new" command structure for the Orion... They will
stick to it for a while.
