Check that all boards and plugs/sockets are tight and secure.  Shipping can
be very hard on electronics of any kind with internal connections.

Check that other types of common faults have not happened, ie where there
are primary and secondary fuses check that the downstream fuses have not
blown, if only the main power seems to come on in a rig or instrument.

Once all connections are reseated try the equipment again.
