Gene,

FWIW, I had the experience of my Pegasus jumping in freq about a year ago.
The amount of jump depended on the step selected and it usually jumped 13
"steps" Usually, when it jumped it was when it have been transmitting
quite a bit, Most of the time when I was net control for the ATNM but it
also did it a time or two when it have been only receiving. I talked to TT
service, don't remember who, but they hadn't heard of the problem at that
time. They did suggest, since I was using an older TT supply intended for
the 580 Delta, that the PS might not be heavy enough. I switched to a Drake
PS7 supply which has a heavier rating and the problem is not reoccurred
since. I don't know if that was a fix, or just a coincidence but it might be
worth a try. Mine would, however, jump when the remote knob was not
connected...that was one of the first things I disconnected in case RF was
getting into it.
Good Luck with the problem!
