First think I did when I got my Pegasus was to install a nice big external 
speaker.

Open the box
Cut the speaker leads
Connect a nice 2 conductor cable to the leads from the speaker connector
Run them out one of the vent holes in the bottom of the unit
Connect to your external speaker.

Caution  Dont connect either speaker lead to ground JUST to your new 
speaker coil.
