[TenTec] Shipping Items to Ten-Tec

Hi, Ron. 
       Nope, you are not missing anything. Yup. They can receive from other 
shippers, I discovered after a call to Scott. 
       However, I had presumed (my error) their note meant I should use FedEx 
as their "preferred shipper." That gives a total of three additional days in 
transit on a turnaround shipment to Sevierville and back to OKC. If one 
counts as speedy delivery, it won't happen.
       I think I am missing something from Ten-Tec as to why they made the 
switch of contract. Something about Saturday delivery, I believe Stan said. 
It may just as well wash out as an even swap. I'm willing to wait and see. A 
lot of things are both "a blessing and a curse."
       Let it be carefully noted by all that I trust Ten-Tec as a company to 
make decisions in both their best interest and also in mine as well. They are 
a company of people who still remember and practice customer service as first 
and foremost. Whichever shipper one chooses, there is always room for "bad 
things to happen to good people." I probably should have left my first note 
unwritten for this reflector. But you guys are good guys, too. You keep me up 
on these old toes.
