[TCARC-NTX] Meeting Schedule Change Request

Chris,

I do not have a problem with the change, it would be better for us since the
1st is also the last car club Cruise Show in Decatur.  If we do the change
we need to make a plan to call the members on the phone and let them know of
the change because some members don't subscribe to the reflector.

I wish I could go to Belton, I have a lot of "stuff" to sell.

I handed everyone a calendar at the last meeting in an attempt to say that
it would be set in stone through Dec 2006.  And it was voted on and past.
However I just realized that I have a conflict over the first Saturday in
October.   The conflict is the Belton Hamfest.  While I could certainly not
go to the Hamfest, or go and try to drive back, I would rather stay the
night Saturday night if I can.



With all of that said, would anyone have any opposition to moving the
meeting (yet again) from October 1 to October 8th?  Please let me know if
you do as soon as possibly.  I would like to get this all set in stone by
the end of the week if I can.
