[TCARC-NTX] Get ready for Rita

Looks like the National Hurricane Center is projecting
Tropical Storm Rita to become a hurricane, and to come
on shore near Houston, Texas around Saturday
morning...

Hope your HF rigs and other radios are up to
readiness.  I know I have to reorganize my ready kit
after getting back from Katrina response in Lousiana. 
Better not procrastinate.
