As The Controller Turns....or All My Controllers


Hello,

OK, the Soap Opera of the repeater controllers continues, we find Paul
digging his fingernails into his computer keyboard.....

What has happened is; NHRC has refused to sell the controllers to me for the
price quoted in an earlier email.  It's not that much more money it's the
principal of the deal.  Their Rep quoted me a price, I expect them to stick
with that price, they did not.

So.....   Being the back stabbing Bum I am I went to the repeater builder
message board and asked the question; is there any other controllers out
there that are cost effective like the NHRC?  Sure enough I found the ICS
line of controllers at 1/2 the cost in a kit form.  I am now buying 11
controllers for all of the repeaters I am building.  The one for 442.150 is
one that I can link to with IRLP or Echo Link or whatever, it's more
expensive though.

Turn out the lights, the party is over NHRC...........
