[TCARC-NTX] Comet Tri Band antennas

Needs to be on  the agenda and acted on at the club
meeting...

I'm all for it, but we should also decide the
disposition of the existing antennas, too.

We should also authorize any related
expenditures...coax, connectors, etc...
