Hello out there in the world of DXers and contesters:

I am trying to put together a team for the IARU
contest this July to 
operate from Botswana A22. The contest is on July 10th
and 11th.
Not sure of the cost yet. I would like to arrive in
JoBurg on the 7th 
so could have a day to unwind before heading over to
Botswana. This 
would all so be a 10 day in country. Everyone could
have their on A2 call 
to use before and after the contest.

It is about a 6 hr drive with at least an hour at the
border crossing. 
I have talked to Andre about putting this together so
we can use his 
towers and antennas. Also his rigs. 

So if anyone would like to join with us so far have 3
who have ask 
about it.  This is a phone and cw contest but doesn't
go for 48 hours. so 
need both type of operators. Also if any one wants to
we can include a 
visit to one of the game parks to see the big 5
Lions,Elephants and 
such.

I would like to have a team in place by the end of
April. The cost 
would be around $200.00 per day which will cover the
hotel,2 meals a day, 
transportation from JoBurg airport to Botswana and
back.
