Sorry, either memory fails or I didn't see the email you referred to.
Some of the items you listed as "not a need" are good for some excellent
bonus points, so though truly not needed, they are strongly encouraged.
;)
Sign me up for setting up, and for a 4 hour shift 1pm to 5pm Saturday,
And a 4 hour shift 1am to 5am, and a 4 hour shift 5am to 9am, and then
I'll help with take down, too. I can operate cw or phone or digital
modes.
I'll have an HF back up rig in case it's needed, and an extra generator
in case it's needed.
