The horse and buggy event at the ranch near Cottondale, for which the club
provided communications two years ago, will be held again this year on
Saturday, March 1.  (The event was cancelled last year due to the bad
weather.)

Things will begin between 0730 and 0800 hours, and probably last into the
early afternoon.  The duration is not yet set because the registration is open
up until February 1.  I have asked Donna to let me know February 1 if they
have a better idea of how long the event will run, and I can provide that ad
more information at the February club meeting.

All those who are interested in participating please drop me a note so I can
get an idea of the manpower available.  I will be meeting with Donna next
Sunday as they have their planning meeting.  The event is most fun, with
several options available to us as communicators.  Let's give them the same
good communications support that we did in the first year!
