My name is Howard Hinton, My call is KI5KR. I have just spent the last =
12 days working the Shuttle Recovery Net in Nacogdoches, TX. The WC5C =
trailer has been a life saver. We used the trailer to check in all of =
the out of town HAMs that came in. We also ran an availability net from =
the trailer. Most of the time we had 2 mobil rigs and 2 HTs on the air =
for at least 14-15 hrs a day. We placed a propane heater in the trailer =
and became a very popular place when the weather was really bad.
I am not an officer of the Nacogdoches Amateur Radio Club, but I just =
wanted to say THANKS!!! That little trailer and I became real close. I =
spent more time in the WC5C trailer than I did at home.
THANKS
Howard Hinton
KI5KR
I will send some pics when I get back to the laptop.
