[TCARC-NTX] More on fishing trip

Again, March 7 Friday and/or March 8 Saturday.

The facility includes a heated crappie barge with smoking section and non
smoking section.  :) :)  Boat slip, etc.

We'll include some ham activities like catching some arrow-antenna based
contacts by satellite, and HF and VHF talk-in, and special event station.
Any other events we should do?

I had the idea we could get KD5OAU's ht and tie it to a crappie, to test our
underwater radio direction finding skills! (just kidding James) :) :)
