[TCARC-NTX] Meeting

I spotted for Tarrant County RACES, and kept Azle Dispatchers informed,
but couldn't hear anything on the radio...the hail pounding my truck was
way too loud...I was skipping the meeting due to allergy/migraine
problems, but participated in skywarn from my driveway...
