The Ft Worth Campus Diversity Council will once again sponsor the Area 11
Special Olympics Cycling event here on campus, Saturday, April 27, 2002. 

I was wondering if your club would be kind enough to offer the same assistance
that you provided at last years event. 

Our Celebrations/Communications committee will soon be forming sub-committee's
associated with this event.� I would like to assign one representative from
your club along with one of our diversity council volunteers to an event-day
communication/public address task. 

Please advise or call me if you would be available and willing to participate.
