[TCARC-NTx] meeting location

Daryl.

I know the March meeting was low but you have to expect that from time to
time with a club like ours. I bet if they looked back, we meet their
minimum especially if they average it over the last two years. If it is a
problem, like I said in an earlier email, we can go to Mark Deans if they
(El Paseo) want to put us in with another group like last time. They did
not mention that we had a really good crowd last week. I think it was 30
people and we had to compete with a drunken birthday party! It seems that
they are not willing to take the good days with the bad.

If we get word or show up and they have us double booked again I vote we
walk out and go to Mark Deans. Let about two dozen paying customers walk in
and out without eating and they might change their attitude! I would be
willing to stay and forward late Hams to Mark Dean's. We always have the
radio.

Paul

Until the last 6 months I always came and spent around $20.00. The oil
pump on my car has been out and I have not had $500.00 extra to have it
repaired. The lady that keeps house for me said she would take me and we
would both eat, which would take care of most of your $50.00. Is it okay
if someone that is not a member eats with us? Joan Melton Bartay N5MRJ
