[TCARC-NTx] Joan's radio problems

Terry and Joan,

If the one or more of the batteries have gone into a shorted condition that
may be what is making the radio so hot.  That would effectivly make a higher
charging current along with the higher voltage on the input may be the
problem.

The radio should work without the batteries, right?  I think it is very
similar to a IC-02AT, if so it will.  What do you think Terry?
