[TCARA] Asking for advice, on tower

Hllo Wayne,

Glad to see you joined the TCARA Reflector. We can talk about your tower
and antenna requirements. I would be glad to help out.
I am not sure about how high your tower needs to be. I am not even sure the
repeater is in operation as we speak. I think it is still in the
"installation phase".
At any rate, I hope our other association members join the list. Let's see
how it goes.
