[TARA] Fwd: New Student Orientation Club Fair

If anyone can make any of these dates to represent TARA at the open houses,
it would be greatly appreciated. I unfortunately have an extremely strict
work schedule and cannot take Fridays off. I will however work with any
volunteering members the weekend beforehand in order to prepare. Please let
me know if you can do any of the events at all. Even one could help
increase member involvement and expand our membership.

Hello All,

It's that time of year again and we will be hosting three New Student
Orientations throughout the summer. We would like for you to showcase your
club or organization at our club fair from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the
Fidel atrium. This will be a great way to promote your club or organization
and welcome our new students!

Our Orientation dates are:
Friday, June 21st
Friday, July 19th
Friday, August 16th

Please let me know if your club or organization would like to participate
and I reserve you a table.
