[TARA] Workman Repeater Coverage and Frequency

To talk on the new repeater on Workman, you will need to enter 3 things
into the radio.

Frequency
Offset
CTCSS Tone

The frequency is 442.125MHz, the offset is +5.000 MHz (In a baofeng, you
will set this on Menu 25 and menu 26)

The CTCSS transmit tone is 100.0Hz (Menu 13 on a Baofeng). When you key to
talk on the repeater, you should hear a beep back from it.

The following link is a coverage map. Please note the calculations are done
for a mobile 5dbi antenna, so a small handheld  radio will not have as good
coverage as the map shows.

The green is strong signal, Yellow weak, and everywhere else, no signal.
