[TARA] 440Mhz repeater ONLINE

Hey everyone,

I'm happy to announce that the install went well yesterday. The repeater is
online @ 50 ft elevation above ground and from the limited testing so far,
provides excellent handheld radio coverage throughout Socorro.

The internet linking is active as well, and I had it linked to a repeater
system in california earlier with good audio reports. AllStar is working,
and I will work on EchoLink eventually so you can come in through a phone.

We will have a meeting showing off the system and testing it tonight. Bring
your handheld radio if you have one. If you have a baofeng radio or
similar, I will have a programming cable and can put the repeater into the
memory channels.
