Don't bother going to Radio Shack for AAA or AA batteries. Their fall allotment was diverted to Hurricane Katrina territory.

Don't bother going to Best Buy to look for a low-end or mid-range laptop. Ten thousand of them were diverted to Hurricane Katrina territory. Despite the newspaper ads (prepared 6 weeks in advance), it will be into November before the stock up north will be restored.

I won't be taking my MFJ memory keyer to FP. It will not memorize the slant bar. In short, it's memory can't handle FP/K8DD.
