Dale:First of all, congrats on your great score from FP in the
CQWW SSB contest! I worked you on all bands except 75 meters....I
didn't have a 75 meter antenna up for the contest. However, I remember
listening to you on 75 meters. Your 4 square did work!

Thanks....It was a lot of work but it was worth the effort.

A group of us from MI are looking to go there for CQWW CW. We
have 6 ops at this time: K8DD, K8AQM, AC8W, W8IQ (all who had previous
operations from St Pierre), K8 MM and myself K8GL.
	Great crew!!!
The VE7AVV web sites have been very helpful.
Paul did a great job on the website.
We are making reservations this week. A couple of
questions:1. Any man-made QRN ?
	Very quiet location.
	 2. Was power at the Maxotel adequate?
We had 5 units so we ran power from other units plus the one we
used as the shack.
	 3. Any chance to put up a beverage for receive?
We tried a short one but it did not work as well as the 4
square. Not much room between the road
	and the water.
	 4. From the shore of the ocean (where the antennas were) you
had a clear over-the -water shot towards where? (Europe? Africa? etc)
	Both Europe and Africa
	 5. How did you arrange shipment of your 1500++ pounds of
equipment?
We used a shipping broker. Remember that you will have customs
coming into Canada (twice) and
also into FP. A lot of detailed paperwork is required.

	 Thanks for your help!

Have fun!!! We hope to work you, especially on the low bands.
