It would help to practice CT!
Go to www.k1ea.com/download
If you are going to download the DOS version, get CT_Setup.exe and CT
10.02.008
Run CT_Setup.exe and then unzip CT 10.02.008 into the CT directory.
If you are going to download the Windows version get CTWIN 10.02.008 and
install it.
The run file will be in C:/Program Files/K1EA Software/CTWIN
The help file (ALT-H) should help you through most instances. You can
print it - it
is in the CT directory - ct.hlp and it is a text file.
http://www.k1ea.com/CT_additions.htm has updates to the manual.
The "official" manual is http://www.k1ea.com/ct9/ct9.pdf
The unofficial manual is http://www.qsl.net/k8dd/ctman I made this one
a few years
ago with screen shots, but never finished it.
Also on http://www.qsl.net/k8dd/ctman is two .xls files (Excel files).
They are for
keyboard overlays. One is the generic one from WA4PGM. The one with an
FP has the
FP/ calls and is re-arranged the way I'd rather see it, but you can set
yours up any
way you want.
If you have a DOS PC, the program PED is a great CT trainer.
