Hi all,

If you don't live in the US and are interested in a copy of the Compendium,
please email me directly at: [email protected] to confirm shipping info
and cost.

Shipping
Basically shipping options are either Global Priority Mail ($9.00) most
places (Australia, Sweden, New Zealand, Germany) or Surface Mail (Book Rate)
at about $5.00. THe document will just fit into the large Global Priority
Mail Envelope (with a little help) so that might be the best way to go, as
the surface route can take 6 to 8 weeks.

Please check the US post office website shipping calculator for shipping a
large envelope weighing 1 pound, 8.1 ounces to your country to confirm rates
to your country at: http://ircalc.usps.gov/weight.asp?Contents=0
Total cost in US dollars $22 + shipping.

Payment:
If you live in Canada, you can just convert to Canadian dollars and write a
personal check for that ammount - my bank says they will cash it at the
prevailing currency exchange rate - this has worked well in the past.

If you live in other than Canada, probably a International Money Order in US
dollars is best, however I understand that the cost of such money orders in
some countries is exteremely high. On previous revisions, some foreign
orders have just sent US dollars directly - they were no problems
encountered.
