[Swan] Advice on re-tubing my Swan 250

OK Ladies and Gentlemen, since I am going to keep my Swan 250 & TV2b, I was
looking for any advice on re-tubing the radio as I don't know if any or all
of the tubes are good or bad but since I am going to use this as my Primary
6 & 2 meter radio I would like to make sure everything is in good working
order.

Already looked at "TheTubeStore" on the internet and found all tubes needed
EXCEPT 7360(Balanced Modulator) and OA2(Voltage Regulator) tubes that they
did not have.

Also if any of you have some old/good tubes laying around I would like to
know what $$$ for them if you want to part with them. ***This is going to be
a ongoing project so I might not get with you right away to buy the tubes
but will save all emails for future reference.
