[Swan] Reversal of modification or some other problem?

In reference to the modification to the Swan 250 that affects the external
keyeing relays.

Is there a quick easy way to reverse/disconnect this modification?

I need the keying relays to operate normally to key my TV2B.

When we tried to use the relay ports last night, no matter how I hooked-up
the cable it made the TV2B go into transmit all of the time!

GOOD NEWS: After replacing one of the slug-tuned coils and some tweaking, we
got the RX to hear a signal down to -137db!
