[Standard] C5608DA High Power on 2M Problem

Bryce,
The problem isn't fixed. It only transmits on low power. Any attempt to
transmit on High power kicks the transmitter off the air after a second or
so. Further pushes of the PTT will not transmit. If the rig is turned off and
then back on, it will transmit again for a second or so on high power and
then it quits again. It is not intermittent, it is very repeatable.

I guess that no one has seen this exact problem so I will have to continue
the troubleshooting.

Thanks, 73,
Paul
