Hi Curt,

That is no jamming but M42b Russian diplo/intel on 12219 kHz.
The morse part is QSA4 QTC2 K, then into a test slip in FSK 100/500:
6464646464646464646464

Weird signal jamming the Russian E06 "English Man" number station at 12218
kHz (long message). Tuned in to catch the 0400 UTC transmission of the E06
and discovered a strange tone being transmitted right on top of their
frequency. Don't know if it was intentional, or not.

Date and time can be seen in the UTC widget running at the top right of the
video screen.
