[Spooks] Weird signal jamming E06 "English Man" transmission

Sounds like a RTTY station (radio teletype).  12218 is in the "utility" band.

Weird signal jamming the Russian E06 "English Man" number station at 12218
kHz (long message). Tuned in to catch the 0400 UTC transmission of the E06
and discovered a strange tone being transmitted right on top of their
frequency. Don't know if it was intentional, or not.

Date and time can be seen in the UTC widget running at the top right of the
video screen.
