[Spooks] S06 Severe Audio Problems

Ary, the S06 recordings I've heard have only consisted of the voice 
traffic, but nothing of the advance tuning.  Is this station known for 
manual tuning, and for an extended period of time (2+ minutes)?  Or 
possibly for short CW op-chat by the transmitter crew?
