[Spooks] S06 Severe Audio Problems

Try 16327 khz at 0830  and 13875 at 0930, both are also beamed towards the
Pacific area. So it is likely the same transmitter as at 0400

Thanks Ary, and it turned out there was no repeat transmission on that freq,
but there was lots of bare carrier for quite a while.
