probable ident on strange CW signal on 7092.24--
1-16-13//0244Z//7091.78khz//HK3QQ//CW//459//BOGOTA, COLOMBIA
i'm pretty sure that this is the same transmitter--tonight this station is up in beacon mode--i was wrong, he is amateur--he was not using accepted amateur practices though--the entire time i had monitored him for many hours he never once sent an ID that i could hear--tonight he seems to be in beacon mode repeating his call sign every few minutes-- possibly his FCC equivilent mentioned to him that identifying might be a good idea--below is his beacon string::
