[Spooks] UNID CW ON 7092.24khz.

UI SLOW CW STATION--7091.21khz--sending continuous traffic--same station mentioned in post quoted below this one--

CW station sending very slow- using characters such as:::::
 BT    ,   ?   /   .   (and possibly di di dah dah which i used to render as & years ago and also dah dah dah dit which i believe was rendered as ;) (i entered di di dah dah di di as a question mark instead of the common IMI)
i don't have anywhere near solid enough copy to really put it on here, but it looks something like this:BT OSARF C Y 94 B_ _  DBT_ _ ZKHE_   TKDA SG_ Z6FU2 MMJ_O Z BT
//NOTE: above underscore ( _) =missed character//he is running between 3 to 6 words per minute--spacing is difficult to really figure out--REALLY long spaces between some characters--
he is not amateur--he never pauses to colate--he sends without ceasing--i left him at 0440z still foxing (up over two hours)--his signal fades from just barely above the noise to just under it in long deep almost regular QSB--i have no clue--too many years have passed--
//NOTE: i have corrected the freq in post below--the correct freq below is 7092.24 and not 7072.24 as my fat fingers must have mistakenly entered // tonight he is a bit lower in freq//
it is now 0519z and he is still foxing

UI CW; very QRS; heard 1/11/13z and 1/12/13z--heard as early as 0245z (tonight)heard as late as 0647z (last night)--still sending as i stopped monitoring--
sending very slow; doesn't appear to be any group message form--long spaces at times--i have heard no preamble or callup at all--very QRN AND QSB here--i lose him pretty often--he is just BARELY above the noise level; under it much of the time--
actually sounds like it may be code practice, but not amateur  --absolutely no ID ever sent when i was listening--
he was still foxing as of 0355z tonight--
