[Spooks] 5fg RTTY

Thanks very much Ary and all the others who replied--it's pretty rare that 
I'm able to decode RTTY these days, so your insight is greatly 
appreciated.

I actually have a difficult time hearing European stations, so this German 
station was a great find for me.
