Thanks for the reply Todd, and Merry Christmas from a fellow Alaskan!

I'm not really saying it's a numbers station in the conventional sense, 
but I'm wondering if they might forward personal notes, or company related 
info, etc. encoded maybe?

Anyhow, that's my best guess--I certainly don't see it as a spook station, 
but it would seem reasonable that they may have reason to encode certain 
traffic.  I was just curious if anyone else had noticed this station 
sending encoded traffic before, and what their speculation might be.
