And that was very much appreciated.

What most people don't know is, that there might be more HAARP like 
facilities in the world.
My "sleuthing" discovered the following potential sites; HISCAT in 
Sweden, EISCAT in Norway, VOA in Delano (CA), SURA in Russia, Arecibo in 
Puerto Rico, HIPAS in Fairbanks, Alaska, plus one in Virginia and 
another in Australia.

Of course most of this information is quite vague and unconfirmed. Since 
my mind is quite confused about what is and what isn't, this is why I'm 
trying to figure this out. Other people collect stamps for a hobby........
