[Spooks] Polish pip

Hi Pavel,

It's about the same strength as I have here in Holland. The signal is 8kHz
wide. The loudest signal here is on 1810 kHz. I still have no idea what it
is. The sound makes me think that it is some kind of hyperbolic
navigational system. Hyperfix also sounded a bit like this. It's just a
guess though.
