[Spooks] Polish pip

Hi Ary,
  I've made a recording. It's a video, to demonstrate tuning in 820 Hz steps,
which I've mentioned formerly. It's in a format which my mobile generates
(.3gp), it's about 120MB long (sorry, I don't have time to recode it now) and
it's available at
http://sinus.cz/~patrol/unsorted/polish_pip-110208-1800z.3gp
  The signal is not much above the noise background, which is 9+10dB tonight,
but something can be heard.
