[Spooks] Polish pip

Hi Pavel,

I just checked the frequency and did not hear it either tonight. Usually it's
there when I check that freq. The IARU Intruder watch reports it also as 24/7.
If it is on the air I can only hear it during the evening and night over here in
The Netherlands.
